After Eyelash Extension Application water or steam shouldn't come in contact with your lashes for 48 hours after application
-
No oil based products around your eyelash extensions
-
Avoid excessive pulling or rubbing of your eyelash extensions
After your appointment
-
Do not allow lashes to get wet within the first 24 - 48 hours of application; this is to allow the glue to properly dry
-
Avoid hot steam rooms, sauna rooms and tanning salons for the first 48 hours after your application as the contact of the heat and moisture may weaken the lash extensions
-
Do not pick or pull them, Refrain from excessive rubbing
-
By not properly washing your lashes, natural oils and sweat build up may cause synthetic lash to slip off
-
Use of eye makeup removers (OIL FREE)
-
Mechanical or Heated eyelash curlers are not recommended on synthetic lash extensions
-
Touch Ups are recommended every 2 to 4 weeks
How do I cleanse my lashes?
I recommend using an oil-free cleanser or homemade lash shampoo .I recommend using a clean eyeshadow brush.
-
First use your eyeshadow brush to apply your oil-free cleanser/lash shampoo directly to your lashes in a gentle downward sweep until your lashes are completely free and clean of all oil and make-up
-
Then gently rinse your lashes with water using your fingertips or your eyeshadow brush
-
Blow dry your lash on low cold air to fluff it back up.
-
Lastly brush with clean mascara wand.
